I’ve spent more than 30 years in marketing, branding, and creative services, with a large part of that work centered on beauty, skincare, personal care, and women’s health and wellness.
During my years at jldcreative and later Nuvonium, I worked with a wide range of brands across those categories, helping shape positioning, packaging, advertising, product launches, retail programs, e-commerce, and consumer education. I also worked with national brands outside beauty, which gave me a broader view of how strong brands are built and sustained.
My relationship with Reviva Labs began in 2005 and eventually spanned nearly 20 years, first as an agency partner and consultant, then as VP of Marketing, President, and later VP of Marketing for Sendayco after its acquisition of Reviva. That experience gave me an unusually deep look at skincare from every angle, including formulation discussions, product development, compliance, retail, direct-to-consumer, distributor relationships, and brand strategy.
BeautyWonks grew out of all of those experiences, not just one brand or one role. I’ve spent decades seeing what works, what gets overcomplicated, what consumers actually respond to, and where the beauty industry too often substitutes marketing language for useful information.
Outside of work, I’m usually with my wife Elaine, our daughter, and our dogs and cats.
